Hi, I’m Michelle! The COO here at Nuvem9 and Certified Business Strategist, passionate about the work I do to bridge the gaps between people, operations and business so they soar high, together.
Before joining Nuvem9 I ran my own business, coaching entrepreneurs and SME business owners through business strategy and leadership development – so I know what you’re journey you’re on first-hand! Since 2009, I’ve worked with numerous start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs on company-wide strategies and business development in strategic consulting and COO roles, covering marketing, sales, operations, recruitment planning, company culture development and leadership coaching – all with a specific goal to plug gaps and move forward with effective tools and winning strategies. Having covered the professional services, SaaS, legal and creative sectors, I bring all my experience into our Business Boost workshops, programs and other commercially-led initiatives.
